Let each view do a different job.
Linework carries the dimensions and drawing information. A pencil sketch gives the arrangement a lighter reading. A watercolor helps show the finish selections, and a realistic render makes the visual relationships easier to understand.
Use one arrangement throughout.
The cabinet widths, appliance positions, and countertop relationships should remain the same in every view. Companion sheets are most useful when they are another way of seeing the drawing, rather than a separate design.
Bring the views back to the set.
Sheet codes and titles tie the views to their linework companions. When a revision changes a cabinet or a finish, the companion views should follow the same updated geometry. The set remains the shared point of reference.
